High-Speed Tray Arranging Machine: Automation with Precision

To address the labor-intensive process of tray loading, LIMEI introduced the HM-BPJ628 high-speed tray arranging machine. Equipped with a PLC intelligent touch screen and 50 programmable memory sets, the machine enables quick changeovers between different product shapes and tray layouts.

Key components include Taiwan Shihlin frequency converters, Eston servo motors, high-speed silent linear guides, and Omron photoelectric sensors with a 1ms response time, ensuring precise placement and reducing product deformation caused by manual handling.
