HAIMOWOOL BOARD
Haimowool board is manufactured in a wet forming process using Haimowool bulk and binders. Haimowool board is designed for insulation applications experiencing vibration, mechanical stress and erosive forces. Haimowool board can reduce energy costs and cycling times due to high insulating capability, as well as serving to protect refractory surfaces from thermal shock and chemical attack.
Features Typical Applications
Excellent thermal shock resistance Furnace hot face lining in petrochemical furnace
Can be machined, cut and shaped easily Furnace hot face lining in ceramic kiln
High rigidity and light weight Board over blanket hot face lining
Low thermal Conductivity Back-up insulation to brick & castable
Low heat Storage Expansion joints
