1. HMF200 Meat Forming Machine – Heart of the Line

The HMF200 forms raw meat, poultry, fish, or vegetable mixtures into uniform nuggets or patties at a rate of 35 to 70 pieces per minute. The machine features a 30-liter hopper and a compact footprint of 860×600×1400 mm, making it easy to fit into smaller production spaces. With a net weight of 100 kg and power consumption of only 0.75 kW, it offers exceptional efficiency for daily operation.

Interchangeable molds are available, allowing producers to create custom shapes such as rounds, squares, hearts, bones, or other designs according to customer orders.

2. 200 Battering Machine – Uniform Wet Coating

After forming, products move to the 200 Battering Machine. The machine is equipped with an adjustable belt speed of 3 to 15 m/min and a 200 mm wide belt, ensuring a consistent liquid batter coating on every piece. The inlet and outlet heights are both set at 900 ± 50 mm, allowing smooth product transfer between machines.
