1. Continuous Dough Cutting Machine (LM-1/2/3/4P)

Available in four models, this continuous cutter covers weight ranges from 15g to 500g, with outputs from 1,800 to 8,000 pieces per hour.

1P: 100–500g / 1800 pcs/h

2P: 50–250g / 3600 pcs/h

3P: 20–100g / 5400 pcs/h

4P: 15–80g / 8000 pcs/h

The machine ensures accurate portioning and continuous operation for high-volume bakeries.

2. Conical Rounding Machine (HM-G800 / G800Z)

The conical rounding machine handles dough weights from 15g to 600g with an output of up to 8,000 pieces per hour.
The HM-G800Z model adds an automatic flour dusting system, preventing sticking and improving surface finish for high-hydration doughs.

Suitable for: bread rolls, burger buns, steamed buns, pizza dough balls.

3. High Speed Tray Arranging Machine (HMBPJ-628)

The HMBPJ-628 automates final product placement onto baking trays, avoiding manual contact and preserving product appearance.

Eston servo motor

Omron photoelectric sensor (1 ms response)

PLC intelligent touch screen with 50 memory slots

Specifications: 220V, 1.7kW, tray size 400×600mm, net weight ~360kg.
