How the Production Line Works
Forming (HMF200): The raw meat or vegetable mixture is loaded into the hopper. The machine forms 35–70 uniform nuggets or patties per minute. Custom molds can be installed for unique shapes.
Battering (200 Battering Machine): Formed products travel on the adjustable-speed belt (3–15 m/min) through a liquid batter bath, receiving an even wet coating.
Breading (200 Breading Machine): Battered products enter the breading machine, where a uniform layer of dry breading (breadcrumbs, panko, etc.) is applied. Excess breading is recirculated to minimize waste.
